SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs of the ordered items will be added to the order value in the order completion process.
Shipping costs will be automatically updated at the time of order completion.
Transport costs do not include any import fees that may be charged upon entry into the customer's country of destination.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times may be slightly longer during festive periods, holidays and public holidays. With these exceptions, the normal delivery times will be:
- Portugal: 3 a 5 dias úteis
- Islands: 10 a 25 dias úteis
- Europe: 5 a 12 dias úteis
- USA and Canada: 8 a 20 dias úteis
- Rest of the world: 8 a 20 dias úteis
CUSTOMS DUTIES AND CHARGES
For all shipments to European Union countries, prices include VAT at the legal rate in force in Portugal.
Customs Duties and/or Taxes for non-EU countries, we cannot predict what these costs might be.
If orders are subject to any additional charges, these will be charged directly by customs in the country of destination. Please contact your local customs services for more information.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
All orders require a signature upon delivery.
You cannot change the delivery address of orders from the moment they are dispatched.
The delivery times indicated above are merely indicative, and do not take into account any delays caused by problems with payment authorizations or with customs clearance in the country of destination.
EXPEDITIONS AND PICKUPS
During the registration process on our website, the user will have to indicate the data of his personal address.
Orders will be delivered to the address defined as the user's address. If the user wants the order to be sent to an alternative address, this address must be indicated at the time of completion of the order.
DELIVERY OF SUCCESSFUL EXPEDITIONS
The customer is requested to, upon delivery of all shipments, carefully inspect the order/packaging BEFORE signing the delivery document.
If, for any reason, the packaging appears to have been tampered with, please sign the delivery document with reservations, or refuse delivery.
If you accept delivery of the order with reservations, or if you refuse it, please immediately file a claim with the Carrier and contact us.
If, for some reason, the order cannot be delivered to the address provided by the user at the time of purchase, there is a risk that it will be returned to us. These costs will be deducted from the refund to the user.
If the order is not successfully delivered to the user's address, due to any lack of cooperation from you (wrong telephone number, wrong or incomplete address, non-compliance with import regulations, etc.), there may be a risk that the order will be returned to Portugal, any import fees that may be levied upon re-entry into Portugal, these costs will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.
NON-DELIVERED ORDERS
Shipping costs will not be refunded in the case of undelivered orders.
The costs of returning undelivered orders may also be subject to additional charges with taxes and costs or charges levied by customs or other entities which, in no case, will be reimbursed by us.
INSURANCE
We guarantee each order during the transit period, until the moment of delivery to the user.
All orders require a signature upon delivery, at which time the responsibility passes to the user.
If you designate a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, then you accept evidence of a signature as proof of delivery and compliance on our part and the corresponding transfer of responsibility accordingly.
TAX FREE (EXTRA-COMMUNITY PAYMENTS)
All prices shown include VAT at the legal rate in force in Portugal.
For all non-EU countries in Europe and the rest of the world, customs fees may apply.
These costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
If these costs are not paid by the buyer and the order has to be returned to us, the cost of return will be deducted from the payment made.
